The goal is to create a sense of community, deepen connections, and promote values of cooperation and environmental stewardship. Participants typically take part in communal chores, discussions, and recreational activities, gaining valuable skills and insights into sustainable living practices along the way.

The B. Ed curriculum includes various practical aspects to ensure holistic development of future educators. As part of this curriculum, a community living camp was organized from February 12 to 16 with a focus on sustainable development. The camp was named "ചിരന്തന ," which means perpetual or everlasting.
