First we went to college this morning. Mr. Ummer,Mr. Sukumaran and Mrs.Smita came from Gandhi Bhavan at 9.30 am and Prepared lotion and hand wash under their leadership. The activity was organized with emphasis on the slogan 'Earn while you learn'.
The social science classroom and the Hindi classroom were filled with children's luggage. Around 12:45 p.m., after eating the lunch,we left from the college and travel to Grameena patanaa kendram in the school bus of the model school. When the bus stopped , we could see a big mountain. The weight of the luggage and the intense heat of the sun made the mountain climb more difficult. Although the mountain was climbed with great difficulty, but good experiences awaited us at the top of the mountain.
First was the opening ceremony. In the meeting presided over by the principal, Brahma Nayakam Mahadevan sir, who was the distinguished guest of the opening ceremony. The camp song which was prepared and presented in a very short time amazed everyone. Keerthana Anil and Gowry Venu, who composed and sang the song, received everyone's praise.Then Brahma Nayakam Mahadevan sir introduced himself and took the first session of this camp. In first time we worrying about how to spend three hours, at that time he spend almost four and a half hours without any boredom. He was able to engage us very actively without boring us even for a second. I had one of the best experiences of my life during these four and a half hours. It was clear that whatever the teachers and others said about that great person were not just words of decoration .The first session of this camp was awesome.
